How can i serve you?

keynote speaking

Bam has spent much of his life in transition and adventure. Through these opportunities he has developed a life that is resilient in nature and hopeful in expectation. Speaking and encouraging others is what he does best. In a time when many have lost hope and joy, he’s got it by the truckload.

God has given Bam a unique perspective and wisdom bolstered by real world experiences including near-death encounters, losing his sister and bouncing back from betrayal by learning to embrace forgiveness.

By inviting him to your employee event, conference or group you will experience a life lived full of love and real world solutions for what ails us all.

dei consulting

DEI work traditionally seems to be missing a key element, inclusion. There seems to be a common sentiment that the best way to right the wrongs of the past is to “cancel” or shame many who seem to represent it.

Bam approaches the issues that form around justice with a fresh perspective and an eye to include EVERYONE. Solutions should work for us all and provide a way to forge a new future that is brighter for us all.

With practical tips and creative solutions, Bam provides a renewed sense of life and partnership around conversations of diversity. Peace for our country seems to be just out of our reach, the reason is because we need each other to thrive. The sooner we figure out a way forward the sooner unity will be had.

/rəˈzilēəns/

noun

noun: resiliency; plural noun: resiliencies

  1. the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

A hard head. A soft heart. To be full of determination, courage and compassion is a powerful combination that improves our altruistic tendencies, ability to overcome obstacles and transform conversations that divide us.

Resilience has taken a hit is recent years due to the pain of the pandemic. We are much less likely to reach out to each other or to keep going when we feel any kind of resistance. Yet there is something inside of us that keeps us looking for the change that will re-energize us. I believe now is the time to encourage and inspire employees and students alike.

This is the time when resilience will make the dreams of yesterday a reality today.

creative workshop

Bam has been an artist all of his life. He has found art making to be an antidote to anxiety, feelings of low self-worth and conflict arising from uncertainty. Living and breathing the mediums of painting and writing for the last 20 years has created a commitment to expression and a freedom to find beauty in the world.

Empowering and equipping students and leaders alike to find that mode of seamless expression is his specialty. He has created over 15,000 paintings and postcards. Through this process he has discovered that art is an extension which enables us to see the world as it should be, not as it is.

From starting a creative magazine called Metatron to curating justice-focused events called Forgive.Us, Bam has learned to thrive in many environments. He has many tools in his tool belt for connection and creativity and will equip others to become a greater and more valuable part of your culture.
